Hello Friends,
I hope all is well with everyone! For 2015 I am trying to participate in the Friends with Flair challenge every week over on the Unity Stamp Co. blog. So far, so good! I have a card to share today. This card was supposed to look totally different. See, I had these wood words (Hello, Darling) that I wanted to use. In addition to these two words, I planned on using Marlow from Marlow (Itty Bitty Fashionista) along with her coordinating stamp, Age and glasses of wine should never be counted. Unfortunately, when I tried removing the words from their packaging, they broke in several places. They were beyond fixing. So I went to my Cricut cartridges searching for the words Hello and Darling, but struck out. I went through some of my pattern paper and came across a sheet with the word, darling, and the statement, things to remember, and a light clicked in my brain. I decided to also include the sentiments from a fairly new stamp set from Unity called, I like it dirty. I am not totally happy with the design of this card and one day I aim to perfect it. Sorry, a little wordy this evening. Well, thanks for stopping by and have an amazing week-end! Peace and love, Dawn
