Friends with Flair...February 27, 2015

Hello Stamping Friends,

I am participating in the Friends with Flair linky party over on the Unity Stamp Co. blog.  I am sharing a thank you card I created for one of my son's teachers.  My oldest son is graduating from high school in the spring and he has been applying for various scholarships.  His teachers have written glowing recommendations for him and I want to show our appreciation.  I'm not sure if I am going to make the same card for all his teachers or different ones.  But here is the first.  The feathers were stamped in Peacock Feathers (Tim Holtz) and the sentiment was stamped in Coastal Cabana (Stampin' Up).  The ink splatters are Squeezed Lemonade (Tim Holtz) and I colored the word, thanks, in Squeezed Lemonade as well.  The washi tape is Stampin' Up.  Both stamps are Unity.  The feather is from the SMAK November 2014 kit called Trust your soul.  Unfortunately I do not know which set the thanks sentiment is from...sorry.  Be sure to check out the other entries and be inspired.  Thanks for looking and come back soon!
